  1. Interesting on the sourdough bread! I had heard it can be more easily digested, but I wasn’t sure why. It’s so good for breakfast with jam and butter–I’ll have to try re-introducing some sometime!


    • I was so excited when I went to a cooking class hosted by Kate Scarlata and she discussed how sourdough bread made without yeast was good as a low FODMAP food. Before then I had the hardest time finding low FODMAP bread that I enjoyed. Now I eat sourdough bread all the time and I have no problems digesting it. Good luck reintroducing it into your diet.
